This session is one of the rare public courses that I am giving this year, as I am very deeply involved in LeSS adoptions at current clients.   

In addition to learning about LeSS from the first certified LeSS trainer (me!), we will explore how to adopt and adapt LeSS in the context of your or your client's companies.
