Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile development to multiple teams. LeSS.works gives an overview. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism and cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.
The Certified LeSS Practioner course is an in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework and rules, and guides. It provides essential information for adopting and improving LeSS to your product development group. The course contains an overview of LeSS, stories on LeSS adoptions, exercises and extensive LeSS Q&A to ensure we discuss the topics most of interest to the participants.
In this 3 day intensive course, we'll devote roughly 50% of the time to presented information and 50% to exercises, questions, answers and specific case studies based on Greg's long experience in scaling agile in large organisations. Come with specific questions about your organization's needs in scaling agile, and Greg will be glad to address as many concrete needs as possible during the 3 days.
Greg has worked extensively in Bangalore with Agile development teams since 2005, when he first provided agile training there working with Naresh Jain at ThoughtWorks. We hope you can join us!
